Due to a relatively low turnout in the MOTM contest CCF is going to change things up again and make the contest easier to use and access (at least that's the plan).
The old script would create a new dedicated Media Gallery Album each month and users would be asked to upload their entries directly into the dedicated album (then vote after a number of days).
The new script and rules are as follows:
1. On the 1st day of each month a new MOTM contest will be started - a new dedicated thread created as usual
2. There will NOT be a dedicated Album created
3. Users will be asked to vote for ANY media in ANY public album
4. The contest will auto close at the end of each month and the media with most number of votes gets the candy (in case of ties multiple awards are given out)
The idea is to make entering easier as by default ALL public media is entered every month.
We hope this will make the contest more accessible and hope to see more entries next time.
