You are indeed correct, previous winner must physically surrender the MOTM badge in person after 9pm one Tuesday evening after a short yet lavish ceremony. It's looking rather busy in Nov with some great pics so far. Keep them coming, and remember the rules people.....ermmm... If you do remember them please post them here..
