Yes. another icon passed. Brenda and I were in Key West sometime in the 90's (Can't remember which year...lol). Had the pleasure of seeing Jimmy play some tunes in his bar. Key West breathed Jimmy Buffet. It didn't matter what bar you were in and we visited pretty much all of them. He was a legend back then as well. Between Jimmy and Ernest Hemingway, they put Key West on the map. A very kewl laid back place. My engineering mind was wowed back then on a tour when they told me the average elevation of Key West is 3 feet above sea level....

RIP Jimmy,,, Your memory will not be 'Wasted Away'....
