Looking to purchase a rear z06 bumper, torch red, no damage. Purchased my car used and it has a scuff on the bumper that I can't get out of my head lol. Located in alberta but would pay for shipping. Car Is a 2017 z06 2lz

The quote i received to get it fixed seemed high and I don't really want to just patch it over. Would rather have a new or used like new replacement
Gotcha, but they don't just "patch it over". Body shops can add to the polymer and it will look and feel like new. Of course price is always a consideration.

I've had such work done on various parts of my C3, C5 and C7 and as Murray correctly states, a good body shop (I use a small indie shop that is not expensive at all...) can refinish it to new standards again.
