Hello, I’m looking to purchase a new C8 in Ontario under my business. I am specifically looking for a 2Lt equipped with Magnaride and performance exhaust . My target budget is in the low 90k range before HST. I am looking for a dealer that can offer 0% financing. Additionally, I’m looking for insights on insurance. I’m 20 with 3 years of clean driving, but this would be my first time as a primary/secondary on an expensive vehicle. I’d appreciate the advice.

BTW at 2LT with magnetic ride control and NPP exhaust is 10K more than your budget. 0% financing is only on 2025 and
the inventory is getting very thin. What colour do you want?

Justin, I admire you trying to get a new Corvette at age 20. I was driving a Camaro I bought at 17 and wasn't able to step up to my first Corvette until I was older than you. Here is the current situation for 2025 C8's still available based on your 2LT, NPP and FE2 suspension request.
There is only 1 in Canada in Quebec. It is 119K and the colour is Arctic White.
There are 0 Hysteria purple 2025's in coupe or convertible.
There are 3 Black 2025's that do not match what you want. In northern Ontario a 113K black 3LT and two 2LT's in Quebec for 110K with Z51 but none of the 3 have mag ride.
As for blue, a 134K convertible in Quebec and a 116K coupe in BC which do not match what you want or your budget.
Moving to 2026, there is one 101K Hysteria coupe with Z51 and for that price it's a 1LT with no mag ride in Ontario.
THERE ARE ONLY TWO ORDER CYCLES LEFT TO ORDER A 2026 CORVETTE. The current interest rate is 2.9%
I have an offer to order you what you want in Hysteria on Thursday. Based on a 2LT coupe with performance exhaust, and FE2 mag ride
the car comes to about 108K, but would be discounted to 102K.
I have replied to your DM asking for your contact details. GM is in the habit of cancelling colours mid term which means Hysteria could be
cancelled at any time before the end of production. If you want one in this colour as that is your top choice my suggestion would be to order what you want this week and hope they build it.

I couldn't imagine what it cost to insure a 2025 SR at 20 years old. Any guesses? $5k+?

At 20, having 90k to spend on a car alone is impressive. He either has a rich dad, inherited a chunk of money, has something very valuable as collateral for a loan, has recently robbed a bank, or is a successful drug dealer....

To get what you want at the price you want, the interest rate is 2.9%. They may introduce 0% on 2026's in a few months to clear out the inventory but your colour will be gone and no one will have what you want.
Dealers have stopped ordering purple for stock as it isn't a popular colour.
GM typically cancels colours before the end of production for a model year, so I expect Hysteria and Riptide blue to be cancelled what they call mid term any time now. Even if you ordered Hysteria today, if GM cancels that colour this week or in the next month your car would not be built and the order would be bounced back to the dealer to change the colour. They have built a lot less 2026's compared to 2025's so there is less inventory to sell off so we may not see 0%.
The only car that matches what you want in a 2025 was 119K in White. The payment on that car compared to a 2026 at 93K at 2.9% would be about the same.
If you order what you want now and it does get built, and the interest rate program drops to 0% you would get that offer at that time. If you continue to wait you will miss your chance to get what you want, and buying a used one most banks are in the 8.9% interest rate on used unless subsidized by a selling dealer that may offer 4.9%.
