local dealer(Sadlon) is saying only change and filter are complimentary

I could very well be wrong, but I think the C8 figures that out by itself. Jack puts on snows. He should know.
I agree, I don’t know of a single manufacturer that codes TPMS for a specific corner of the vehicle

First minute than you can skip to 6:45

Don’t doubt the G-Man

I mark the inside of my tires for this reason as I swap wheels often for track set up

The 19" fronts and 20" rears has nothing to do with it....
that too....my point was side to side rotation is a waste of time and not needed.....

If you track your car and wear the outsides quite bad without an aggressive alignment you could remove the tires from the wheels and turn them around but that’s a lot of effort

He's an imbecile. The midengine forum doesn't even allow his name to be mentioned because of the amount of misinformation he provides.
ALWAYS take anything he says and triple check it with those in the know.

I can’t stand Conti, but Chuck has been a Corvette mechanic for many years I would hope he at least knows how to do a tire rotation

Well, according to the manual it is self learning. So He knows shiRt!

TPMS Sensor Matching Process — Auto Learn Function Each TPMS sensor has a unique identification code. The identification code needs to be matched to a new tire/wheel position after rotating the tires or replacing one or more of the TPMS sensors. When a tire is installed, the vehicle must be stationary for about 20 minutes before the system recalculates. The following relearn process takes up to 10 minutes, driving at a minimum speed of 20 km/h (12 mph). A dash (-) or pressure value will display in the DIC. See Driver Information Center (DIC) 0 108. A warning message displays in the DIC if a problem occurs during the relearn process.
