first service=11,500km -tried Georgian but they never responded so have appointment on 25th at Sadlon-error on my part?????????? 2021 HTC Z51

I don't have a C8 but a few years back I was having problems with an intermittent no start condition. I went to Sadlon, all friendly and helpful in providing key codes, but beyond that they would not even look at my vette as it was "too old". You would have thought being a GM dealer for many years they'd be willing to give any GM product good service.... nope not wasting their time .... make the quick buck and to H with the rest. I think there are better dealers in Collingwood , or Midland or Orillia.

Finally got service done at Sadlon in Barrie yesterday-11, 300km-oil at 7% -inspection and oil and filter no charge-NO DCT available??-readout out says trans at 87% so not really worried-very pleasant to deal with-took less than an hour and apparently everything carefully and correctly done and reset-satisfied.

You are supposed to get a flush and filter changed at 12k. I got mine done a little earlier as it was going in for something else.

Perhaps you did this but in general, I'd suggest asking about the qualifications/experience of the person assigned to do the work on your car to have some idea of whether he/she is considered a "Corvette-trained technician". The shop I was dealing with for my C8 had a specific individual who had +++ experience with Corvettes as the person overseeing the work done on all Vettes, plus the person actually doing the work had a fair bit of "Corvette-time" under his belt. Some dealerships see more Corvettes than others and they usually have better qualified people to work on them. These enquiries may cause you to deal with a different dealership. Having said that, hopefully your work was done AOK and an oil/filter change isn't hard to do, but given the comments made by Dave91TM above, perhaps you should look elsewhere for anything more complicated.

As for the transmission filter, they were hard to find at one point and perhaps still are? So you might consider buying one from a wholesaler to ensure you have one to give to your dealer just in case you face a shortage when it's time to replace it. I don't like messing with transmissions so I'd consider having one "in my back pocket" as cheap insurance, if needed. Something to think about. Enjoy your C8!

They recommended rotating my tires and lubricating the brakes.
Directional tires....so rotating front to back is a total waste of time.....Just make sure alignment is good, no need to rotate....Ask other dealers, I've had a few tell me the same thing....Rotating must go side to side or don't bother, so no option for a Vette...

I don't believe the Michelins on the C8's are directional. The A/S aren't. One could change the left for the rights, but would that really have any effect?

Neither summers or all seasons are directional on C8’s, plus the obvious 19/20 that Jack stated and 245 mm Fr vs 305 mm back, Murray everyone forget that your TPMS sensors are programmed to the corner location of the car so if you rotate left to right and don’t reprogram your sensors you will have the wrong info on your dash. You might assume you have low pressure or a flat on a front left when now it’s front right

I could very well be wrong, but I think the C8 figures that out by itself. Jack puts on snows. He should know.

When I put snows on the Malibu I need to re-register the corners with a tool I bought on Amazon, but I've heard that the C8 figures out that they are changed and re-registers them.
This what happened when I put on snows on C8 and when I went to completely new wheels and summer tires-just takes a few minutes -see manual
