Spence we get those shots all the time, 24 hours a day. Thought it was odd until someone figured out it was the sewage dump above us glowing in the dark.

Great picture(s).

Sometimes you just gotta think things have to happen for a reason. I trailered my boat for the year ... yup schools back in a week already (last year for us though ... soon a Grad 2020 Parent 👍🏻). Regardless always sad when the boat is on wheels instead of water ...

However this morning ... a boat-on-lift owners worse nightmare. Damn sh!t-hawks landed ... there’s gonna be a lot unhappy boat owners today ... what mess this becomes ...

Except for the guy whose sadness turned into a grin for these that did not have a boat to perch on 😂

I have a question....can you please tell me how you get to your boats waaayyyy out there....walk or do ya need another boat to get to your boat?
We have to walk out to them … all sand and it's about 36" deep at the lifts.
It's about 50 yards with 2 sand bars & still another sand bar beyond.

We pay to have the boat lifts removed each fall and put back in the Spring.
(if we did not do this, the ice would probably take them out to deep water)
We get them placed out as far as the tractor's engine height will allow.
Ideally, I need 30" of water for my lift.

So to go boating, we all have to get wet first … "life's a beach"

Some AWSOME old cars there - I guess life IS a beach. :Cheers2:

Went to the show & shine at Shag today. There were also a lot of nice cars there but none like the old beauties you shared. Mostly modern muscle. Mike will be posting picks & a video I hope.

Ahhhh that explains it. And that would be yet another reason for me not to get on a boat..
I guess i'd stay ashore and sip on a few cold ones....and stay dry.
Just imagine...a Newfoundlander that don't like boats....whats up with that...lol
