1964 corvette
My wife & I have discovered we are the owners of Laurie Craig's 1964 red corvette coupe race car. We are looking for any information or pictures of this car & Mr. Laurie Craig. Mr. Craig won many road , hill climb & other forms of racing including winner at Westwood 1966.
Mr. Laurie confirmed this is his old race car as well as Stirling Moss drove this car around the Westwood track.

Thank you
Stephanie & Dave Lambdin

Dave....

You might try the Vintage Racing Club Of BC..
Westwood Race Track | Vintage Racing Club of BC

They now race out of the road course track At Mission, BC.
This club originated from the Westwood Race Club.
They may have vintage race information, contacts, event results, etc.

Here's another ..Sports Car Club Of BC.

I used to 'crew' for a few cars @ Westwood in the later years. 1985-1990.
We raced 'spec' Hondas in the Honda/Michelin series and then moved up to Formula Libre with a rotary powered open-wheel formula Atlantic car.
A lot of fun up there. We also raced at Seattle and Race City in Calgary.

Laurie Craig

Thanks all for the info.
Laurie Craig was still kicking as of 1/20/2015. He live close to Victoria, BC. My wife Stephanie & I are planning a trip down to meet Laurie and interview him about his corvette and career.
It has taken over 2 1/2 years to determine & locate our car's original owner.
What a wonderful discovery.
