Here we go, another contentious topic...
Personally I wouldn't take my Vette or my truck through one but my beater Rav 4 is another matter.... Hopefully if anyone does, it's at least a true touchless and not one that drags the dirt off with heavy walls of carpet... lol

If ceramic coated, wouldn't a light rain rinse away the dirt/bird poop/tree sap/etc/? Or a garden hose?

I might just unsubscribe from the entire internet...
Car washes don't clean all the nooks and crannies on the rear of the C8. The water gets in the engine bay and onto the passenger compartment rear glass. They just don't do a thorough job.
