InfiRai Dmoked Version LED Tail Lights

I’m thinking on pulling the trigger on a set of InfiRai LED Tail lights for my C6 GS. I’m interested in the “smoked version” but am concerned if they are legal or not. Has anyone in Ontario installed them and if so are the police pulling you over? Any problems?

They are NOT legal, but I've never heard of anyone getting hassled over smoked lights.

Same idea as tinted windows. Varies by region of course. Here only rear side windows can be legally tinted and of course we don’t have any, lol. But , every day I see numerous vehicles with all windows tinted so dark that you can’t tell if there’s a driver behind the wheel or if it’s remote control…..another oddity I see is people with those fan style windshield blinds on the inside or applying “ special “ coatings on their windshield because of UV when modern windshields only transmit about 4% of the UV in sunlight. Go figure.
