I've has my C7 M7 for a few years now. In the past I've had other summer cars (including a C6), by fall I was ready to put it away, they were all fun cars but like some relationships, eventually the fun and excitement you once had starts to fade and you settle in for long term, still happy but that first spark isn't the same ( so I've heard). I never had that with my C7, despite it grenading from lifter failure 2 hours I bought it and still 6 hours from my home, I still loved it. New crate motor installed and zero issues since. Current power mods are just a AFE intake (will be for sale this summer), catless x pipe and AWE touring exhaust. After years of lurking on various forums and chats it was pretty clear the A&A kit was the clear winner all things considered.
I contacted A&A Christmas eve inquiring about their kits and a bunch of questions not expecting a response till after the holidays. Steve (owner/ CEO) responded within the hour impressively answering everything plus. Decided on their standard kit, Si head unit, a 4" upper pulley and 7.65" lower pulley *Wet sump, only addition will be upgrading the bov to a 50mm instead of the standard 38 because well that's obvious.
Being one of the best performance shops AND suppliers in the country I emailed Steve at Davenport motorsports new years eve inquiring about the kit and possible install and tuning. Again I didn't expect a response till after the holiday dust settles. Ten minutes later Steve emails back lol. Yada Yada Yada the kit has been ordered, expecting it to land their in around 4 weeks. Ideally I'd like to bring them the car for them to to the full install and tuning. Depending on my schedule, their availability in spring and if the parries get hit with a late snow storm.
To be continued.
