I 100% agree that there should be compensation for accelerated depreciation. I have seen people incur huge losses through no fault of their own. Pretty straightforward figuring out how the loss. Send the vehicle to dealer open auction and compensate the owner for the difference versus the ones in the database with no declarations. If you need any assistance let me know.
