34 years after selling my last Vette, a 1980 model in 1986, I have regretted it ever since and today I purchased my new baby. A 1982 all original with 22000 miles. The car is everything I wanted. The second neat part is that I purchased it from Steve Fitch who is sort of famous for buying from the movie studio the black 55 chev that Harrison Ford drove and the yellow 32 from the movie American Graffiti. He restored them and later sold them. A really good read if you google Steven Fitch American graffiti cars. Unfortunately it will be several weeks for delivery.
