How many of you are truly wanting to get a ZR1? ***UPDATE***

Well if you missed out on this gen ZR1 or X, maybe there maybe something from Legendary would lessen your heartache and lessen the content/weight in your extra wide and extra deep pockets? Bonus, no Luxury Tax.

I am on a couple “lists” and am interested, but would be much more interested if they ever make a Z06X
They (G.M.) could certainly make a Z06X.
They could also go the other route and swap out the engine in the E-Ray.
Personally, I don't think either will ever happen.

I believe the ZR1X was developed in an attempt to elevate the entire brand into a category unachievable by its 'rivals'.
What we have now is an ultra high performance level car that is 'useable', 'serviceable', and 'obtainable'.
Want to drive your ZR1X daily? Go for it - it's built based on a tried and true model.
Need an oil change? No problem - there is a well established network of capable dealerships.
Is it truly obtainable? Compared to anything else out there with similar performance statistics, yes, it is.

Well , two out of three ain’t bad, lol. ;)

Some of you have already reached out on other threads saying you want to get one. Many dealers have lists already but many buyers may pass based on the price of this car.
I am forming a list of my own as I deal with many dealerships both low and high volume. Who is wanting a ZR1 and are you currently on list at a dealership and if so what dealer and since when?
Scott
74 years old, have a beautiful Torch Red C8 HTC, not interested in a ZR1. Wouldn't mind a Z06 though.

Does anyone know the allocation to Canada yet? Any expectations of wait times?
If you mean for the ZR1 and were interested your best bet would be to send a message to @Mr.Corvette as he is the one in the know and has all the right contacts. Just use the small envelope icon top right . And , a warm welcome to CCF !

Hi 1st Vette sounds amazing. Now I just need to trade in mine or sell it and ZR1 here I come 3-4 years haha. I ended up ordering C8 in 2020 and got my allocation in 2023 = ) and now they are everywhere haha.

Sure but still a very sweet ride. Although I’m debating whether to trade for a Z-06 . Very tempted.

I hate to start off my 5th anniversary with CCF with some not so good news about 2026 ZR1 allocations for Canada but unfortunately it is not good.
GM Canada has been told they are getting next to none for the entire year.
It's still early in the model year production cycle so the number can change.
What I have found out, is that if your dealer hasn't been on the top 10 list for the past
couple of years, they're not getting one for 2026. If they do get one, they will be
lucky to get 2 over the next 10 months.
I have more people on the CCF interested list from over a year ago than Canada
will get cars, that's how bad the numbers are right now.

Not great for those who wanted and could afford one . No doubt the ones that do show up are already spoken for ...... as always thanks for keeping us up to date .
