I placed an order for an E Ray in September. Does anyone have any insight on how long until delivery. Dealer says February.

What is your status code? Who is your dealer? Your dealer must have an allocation to move your order forward.

Not sure of the status code. I simply put down a deposit and ordered the car and was told to expect delivery in February. I assume that since they took my order that the dealership would have an allocation
Ya, Like I said they need an allocation. If your dealer doesn't sell many Corvettes they may not get an allocation for a while or if they sell a lot they may have people in front of you. It all depends. Sounds like your status is 1100 which means next to nothing. Your best source of information is your dealer. Check this site to see how many Corvettes your dealer sells. they are currently number 4 in Canada by allocations for 2026. With demand being very low for E-Rays, they should have no trouble getting you an allocation
BTW, Any dealer can accept a deposit on a Corvette. They don't need an allocation to put in an order into the system, but it doesn't mean it will get picked up. Denis says they are number 4 in allocations so the chances are very good for February. Until the order gets picked up by GM the orders status code is 1100 which just means it was entered into the system. If an allocation is assigned to the order it will be built. It usually takes 6 to 8 weeks from allocation to built. So you are likely looking at a December allocation. Anyway, look at this thread for information on the process. There are many Erays on in show rooms across Ontario, I guess none has the spec you wanted. Congrats.
It looks like Stricklands hasn't had an E-Ray allocation in a year now. What spec were you looking for with your order?

Who knows, a 2026 car that is on the show room floor may offer a better discount as well?

Waiting on a response to my DM. If anyone wants a 2026 E-Ray, I can have an order picked up by the factory this week which would also be price protected.
Due to a business relationship with the dealership the order has to stay there and cannot be moved. Time is on both sides right now as there's no rush to get it now.
You're inline for their next allocation, not really an order, just entered in workbench
Just curious, did you get any discount?
It's a friend of his at the dealership who's the General Manager, so he would have been given a discount.
