You know you spend too much time on CCF ( which I recommend ) when……
One indicator is when you look at the “ top new and updated threads on CCF “ email and see that you are the one that has updated them all !!!

Cue the “get a hobby “ comments…..

Nope. I don’t have much. But at least it’s all paid for………actually when I think about it I have had 4 vehicles in the past 35 years , lol. True story. And I still have 3 of them. Quite content.

I noticed that my watch requires a Mandatory Service that I have missed to maintain my warranty. I should have taken the offer before the value sinks like the Titanic....

The watch I have now , for the last 6 months , is the first one I have had in probably 20 years. My daughter gifted it to me so of course I wear it …..not into jewelry or bangles or bobbles. I do have a Corvette key chain though…….is that a mod ?
 
This general post gives me an opportunity to critique this site. There are some interesting topics on the site. However, I have found that they quickly "degenerate" into an unrelated conversation between all of you buddies. It makes it annoying to sift through, so Please stick to the topic which has been posted. THX

Valid point. I appreciate your frustration. This is why there is an “ off topic “ section which can be used for, well , discourses unrelated to the site’s main theme. It can be somewhat difficult to keep on top of the “drift” as it can happen quite quickly . But sometimes attention spans aren’t as long as they could be. And yes the Moderator is the one that should be keeping on top of that. But of course we can get caught up in the “ drift “ like any other member. We do, believe it or not , try to keep a handle on it.
We will endeavour to be more proactive in this regard but of course we like to get out for a cruise as much as the next enthusiast as well as other activities given how short our Canadian summers are.
There is also the option of using a PM to continue a discussion with another member which can also help prevent cluttering up a thread if only more would use it. For those unfamiliar it’s the small envelope icon at the top right of the homepage.
