Hello from HLN A55

There are two tiny hills (in ravines) about two hrs from saskatoon. One North East and one West. It sucks but it's the best we got. We try to make trips with friends each year to somewhere bigger. Option 2 is a snowmobile and a ski rope, works goood (if there is enough snow)

Ya that works too, but there usually is not enough snow where the truck can go.....Wait truck on road me in ditch.....Be back later.

My nomination for highest demonstration of resourcefulness so far... let us know how it goes and how you plan to stop as fast as the truck LOL

We did this on a farm ten years ago, and I'm sure we weren't the first. The gravel roads are pretty clear and the ditches are full of snow, so it is the best of both worlds. My friend has a boat at a cabin, so that was the rope we chose.

Hahaha, actually, you would be surprised how fast people stop when they wipe out in a ditch full of snow.:D

Ya i've done both sled and truck pulled (with a boat ski rope as well). Sled works better IMO. Of course you need a good trustworthy driver.
