Heater A/C Face Plate Removal Help is needed

I took the face plate off of my A/C Heater control to put on a hydro carbon one and when I removed it two small white plastic spacer looking oieces fell out and I cannot see where they go. Has anyine seen this ? It is a a 2008 Coupe.
