Back to the painful waiting game :(
Hi Ray and a warm welcome to CCF ! For sure when all of this information becomes available and is verified as factual you will no doubt see it in these pages very shortly thereafter. As you implied it's once again a matter of patience amigo .

Thank you for the warm welcome 1st Vette. Long time listener and first time buyer. I think the GS is my ideal attainable spec. Just hoping the price is right.
If anyone has recommendations on an excellent dealership in the GTA to work with I’m open to suggestions.

Happy for you for looking into a C8 GS. This was one of the variant that I had a deposit on a 2 years back.
It will be worth the wait on any of the C8 imho. Fantastic car.
I am aure Mr. Corvette will chime in and offer you some suggestions and contacts. We have a few Dealership sponsors on CCF too.

Ya, one of our forum sponsors are good to work with.
I bought mine from Brian Cullen. Twas a long drive from Uxbridge but I was pleased with the result.

'Twas is an archaic contraction of "it was," commonly used in poetry and literature to fit meter, famously in "‘Twas the Night Before Christmas". It was first used in the 16th century, representing a shortened form of the phrase.
Merriam-Webster +3
  • Definition: Means "it was" (e.g., "'Twas a lovely day").

Nope, they have it way too good with regard to vehicle prices.
Price wise yes but look at the hidden costs US citizens pay. $15,000 per year each for health care. Family of two and that alone makes up for the dollar difference. Other choice is wait a few more years until Trump totally destroys the US economy. Their dollar will be worth nothing.
