Question fuel lines

I have a 78 that i am I'm running 1400 series Edelbrock carbs on a C-26 Edelbrock quad intake and getting rid of the charcoal canister.
Do i need to run a return line to the tank, and will I need to set up some sort of vent on the tank were the return and charcoal canister used to be hooked to?
