Premier confirms changes coming to Ontario licence plates

"Yours to Discover" has been a fixture along the bottom of Ontario licence plates since 1982 but the province has confirmed that it's about to change.

Now, if Mr. Ford would only recycle the front plates for all you in Ontario, things would be all good in the hood.

If it ever happens they should still issue us 2 plates. Keep one in the drawer in order to replace the first one after it loses all its paint and starts to rust.

Most OPP officers in South Western On. will not ticket you for not having a front plate attached as long as it is in the car.
However there is an officer in Simcoe attachment of the OPP who will ticket you without hesitation because he believes this gives him bragging rites at the station and sets him in good standing with the required number of monthly citations issued.
Ever heard of good Cop bad Cop, this bad Cop is out to help no one but himself. He will also be on the water in summer in the long point bay area stopping as many boaters as possible. Be aware.

Sadly, our dream of no front plate is off the books.
