saw this on another forum but no pattern to make. Using easethrough screen from Lowes / Homedepot. Might have to remove front fender to install

Don`t know, you have to go there and see the mesh and pick the style you like. They come in 10 ft lengths I think or 50 ft reels( for many C8`s).
I bought this mesh for my Miata years ago

The grill pictures above is from radiatorgrillstore.com in US. Priced at $109US for a pair . You can view install instructions which envolves removing underside panel and slipping up the mesh and holding in place with twist ties. Another supplier could be C8storecorvette or something where mesh is placed on outside and has patent pending on the design.

Here is what I might buy. These are front grill plastic mesh from Ebay. Best to have these attached to front for easy removal to clean mesh and rad behind.
You would have to attach the grill with some sort of `clips` or black cable ties. You would have to make mesh in 2 pieces so they would fit nicely .
