Not sure if anyone here has had this problem but I did see three with the same issue at Andersons Vettefest last weekend. The little section where the bumper meets the fender right by the inner part of headlight pops up and will not stay down. I had both sides do that , Well I found the answer, the small clip that goes on the fender was broken I replaced both and the bumper is like new now, Looks so much better. If you have the same issue let me know I can send you the parts drawing
