Unless you can do a swap on your own or want to do a complete frame/suspension upgrade I would run.

You don't think it can be patched? It's the only bad spot. Pass side rear floor part. The rest looks good and it's a chrome bumper.

Have you inspected the birdcage? If you are serious about this vette I would have it inspected by someone who knows these cars inside out. They will identify areas of concern that you wouldn’t and give you an estimate of repair costs.
