hey everyone so I finally got a vette, she is a 1974 stingray 4 spd manual with a 350 in it. and I have a 427 that I may drop in it also haha.

I have had a lot of miles of fun in a 427 425 hp Chevelle. It seems to be one of those happy combinations that performs better than it should. That engine in your car would be quite a sleeper. With little more than a cam change, headers and tuning, the 390 hp 427 can perform pretty well too. Here in Ontario, you need all the applicable smog equipment to keep the MOE guys happy and that can be a bit of a challenge.

Great looking '74 Charles! It sure looks to pop in the light! Great combination with the 350 and 4-speed....but a 427 and 4-speed may be even better! Welcome to the forum! Glad to have you here!

thanks everyone, I was trying to find a good black one for a while but when I saw this one it just popped and I had to get it
the 80-82 rear bumper cover looks great......i plan to do the same with my 76.

Just joined the forum. I have not seen many Brown vettes however a brown vette started my vette blood flowing. I remember my dad having a brown vet and I had to ride in the back, also got my fingers caught in the power windows (long story but I still feel the pain). Way cool brown rocks
