Someone seriously needs to answer to the C8. The wait time and used prices are outrageous. Wish SRT would bring the Viper back with the Hellcat motor.

GM has lots of opportunity to increase C8 production. They only work Mon to Fri in two shifts. They could add a third shift and work weekends.
But all of that is under the restrictions of the supply chain that is not easy to move forward these days. I'm gonna guess that if they could they would and thus any other manufacturer will be equally challenged to get a new product to market.
C8 performance will unfortunately be replicated and exceeded by most EV performance products in the years to come but will lack that beautiful V8 sound and feel. But that may be where the future lies.
