We have all, at one time or another, put the pedal to the metal and let her rip. In town, it is definitely not a bright idea. Suppose in this video, if the far side of the street had been lined with people as often happens. A few years ago at the Haugen's BIG once a year cruise night, guys started leaving laying lots of rubber. Both sides of the road were lined with people. The cop in charge, shut everything down and wouldn't let anyone leave until reinforcements arrived. In this video, a broken axle caused a mess.

This can happen with any group of people but vehicle fails don't even have to happen for accidents to happen.
