well after unplugging my battery tender because the weather was so warm, my battery was dead. it took a while but i finally found the door release in the trunk. it was behind the carpet not on the carpet like the manual said. good thing i didn't get locked in! hahaha

Your battery tender is fine to just leave plugged in, BN -- no worries of overcharging at all, and it's designed to be left on.

In the offchance that your battery were dead while you are in the car there is another emergency door release/opener beside the seats at the bottom of the door.
