The concept was kinda cool but as far as it being a "green" car? Not unless all those batteries are made of recycled maple trees and we are using a stick and rock to generate the power required to charge those things!!

Very neat. Cool to see what someone can do. As my back lash remark, yes he was beating the gas powered cars all night, but as the fastest electrical car in the world, he should race the fastest gas powered street car in the world. Looks like he has more work to do to get in the 6's.

Very impressive job with getting his car to go that quickly though. I would like to see how much money it cost him to get there.

I just cannot see full electric cars working out as there are so many power issues now?
Also some of the electric cars are in the mid $30K range, dual gas/electric can run $45k!

Wow! That thing hauls off the line.-- a real torque monster.

Like Riley implies: there must be a boatload of dough in it tho. -- and yeah, the power to recharge isn't always a very 'green' source.

Kudos for creativity tho.
