"lead by example..... it will shame those other countries" ? LMAO.... Those other countries don't give two $hits what Canada is doing to reduce emissions.... You think China, who continues to spit out 11.5 billion tonnes of carbon dioxide per year, and are daily ramping up coal use, would be shamed by what Canada does?.... lol.... The only interest they have in Canada is bus touring Banff and taking over Vancouver.
