I don't think anywhere competes with Red deer and surrounding area yet. It's insane. With the correct population factor to make it apples to apples. These douche canoes need to be punched hard enough their parents feel it. It's an everyday occurrence here. They will walk right up to u armed...in daylight...and take your vehicle...or pose as a stranded person on side of rural road....armed...and take your vehicle...and a couple times the occupants too. Scary stuff. Even had to chase...er...follow...one from the gas station the other day until I could get members Rollin to take over. No matter what law passes criminals will always have a way to be armed so I will always be willing to support a ccw program. Personal opinion not start to a political debate. The rural folk have been hit so hard they need better laws to support them defending family and property. It's way out of hand here. They are literally stealing everything. They laugh at video surveillance. But until you are one of the people that have heard say some glass break and awoken to a meth head moron crawling into your sleeping kids bedroom...or maybe u didn't wake up and saw someone gain entry to your house while u were asleep the next day when u see the evidence or review video. It's like a plague now. Fyi all of these scenarios are taken from real events. Just nothing to really deter these idiots and consequences are laughable at best. Again...my opinion...if yours differs..have at er....you're allowed and free to do so.
 
I’ll sit at your table Tinman. No disagreement coming from me. As for a CCW law in Canada. I’d be all over that. I can’t tell Jenny enough how envious I am that she carries a 9mm under her jacket. As does her daughter in Flagstaff AZ.

Careful with this one guys please.... There are a lot of varying opinions about firearms out there and we don't want this to escalate too much in this setting.
