The Surface prints brilliantly over 95% of the Ducts. The underside of the overhang is where the blemish is. It doesnt affect the parts at all in any way, nor can you see it once installed. But I aim to sort it. PETG-CF is notoriously bad at printing smooth overhangs, and these are very complex parts/geometries.

Currently, it takes 7.5 hours to print a set. I have been messing about with orientation, variable layer heights, smoothing, fans, print speeds (outer/inner) and near every other setting you can imagine. Ironing is on my list also.

The ironing typically doesnt work too well on the underside of an overhang. But certainly going to mess about with it. I'm currently running 0.20mm nozzle settings .. and Slowed way way down as PETG likes it slow.
