I’ve been looking for a “garage with attached house” and here it is ...



as it's pretty hard to sustain a race track year round in Alberta, we just
might have to "tolerate" a MOUNTAIN VIEW on a LAKE FRONT for that or just go Alpine into the Mountsins



The front elevation - curb appeal will look a whole lot better too - these have no bang-for-the-buck from the street view point.
Maybe a 2nd level balcony above a 10ft high "H1" garage door on the Front
as one doesn't really need a garage door as high as a RV Bus (they can build their own community
next to ours) ... ... nice find @ddgermann ... You made my “Sn-October” day here in YYC a whole lot better
