I really don't like the push button door opener, particularly having to push is twice. Anyone else out there hate this as much as I do? Is there a fix?

I don't push twice. Press and hold as you push the door open. All in one motion.
Still not an easy thing especially with such a small button and cumbersome to hold as you are slightly turning to get out.
My wife has a whacky thumb from an accident with an exacto knife and she still manages. The car is too much fun to drive to care about getting out.
As Thom said it is a hold the button and push the door. Once you are used to it you won't notice.
Its my wife's car and she says my pants are weird. I guess I'm just not used to it. What the H is goat yoga anyway!?
