Do all C7 Z51s have magnetic ride control?

Thanks, guys, I knew you would know. Now, how would one confirm whether or not the used car I am looking at has it?

look at the shock color. Normally black you have...... yellow you dont......... look at top of shock..... wiring present you have it....... Reading manual a little dry but now I know

Proof is in my Garage ...
My 2016 Z51 3LT Ray is without Mag Ride
Her 2017 Z51 3LT Ray has Mag Ride
Stingrays with Z51 could be ordered without Mag Ride

Great physical example of the point i made earlier. So having both im curious and likely op more so is there any noticeable difference in ride??

The "Driver Grin" is the same - honestly ... however mine got paid off quicker ... My new 2019 Sierra Denali has Mag Ride (found out after I bought it).
I have no complaints with either Z51 ride other than I don't get to drive "hers" very often.

My salesman had spec'd many without mag ride so that he could buy one at the end of the season (Sept) - I bought it though on July 31st.
He still doesn't own one yet ...

You are absolutely correct as I just checked “His” shocks are yellow color and “Hers” are black in my garage. So normally yellow unless upgraded to mag ride black ... 😁👍🏻

It is not available on a straight stingray. You need z51 to order mag select. Mag select Standard on grandsport. See reference i posted earlier;)

Oh welcome to the forum. So whats your ride??
Hi Frank, my 19 stingray has RPO FE2 as an added, albeit expensive, option installed. Yes, black with wire.

Per 2019 Online Order/Reference Guide under Mechanical section, MSRC is an available RPO on all three models regardless of trim package.

I stand corrected and for that I apologize! Per the my2019 brouchure it appeared very apparent that you needed z51 to get Msrc. But now that you mentioned FE2 I dug a little more and though really expensive you can indeed get mag without z51.( not sure if in all model years)... I even found a sticker of this example. Again sorry but at least I got the black shock color and wire on top right!
