I just saw this reply from the tech. I just want to say that Leggat did make it right after speaking to Marc (general manager). However, I will stick to my words I previously had said.

To the tech, congratulations on your 30years of experience you are right in saying that you probably know more about cars than myself and others on here but being that you are a perfectionist wouldn’t you have had to make sure the steering wheel was straight before sending the car back to the owner?

 You are also making it sound like I should be grateful that you did a full alignment free or charge  on a car that I had just picked up.

If I picked up a brand new c8 at Leggat and it turns out that it is out of alignment, would you normally charge a customer for a full alignment on a brand new car?


Marc has made me like Leggat again but I am curious to hear your response. And I would like to document it. Have a great day!
