Provided by Toronto Star Brampton firefighters, Peel paramedics and Peel police were called to a residential driveway on Harold Street Sunday evening, after a Corvette landed on top of a parked Yaris.
A 42-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries after a spectacular crash that saw a Corvette land on top of a small car parked in the driveway of a Brampton home on Sunday.

Brampton firefighters had to extricate the trapped driver of the Corvette following the crash, which happened just before 8 p.m. on Harold Street near Stanley Court. Pictures from the scene show the Corvette sitting perpendicular on top of a Toyota Yaris.

The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to Peel Regional Police.

What caused the crash is still under investigation by Peel Regional Police.

Will wait to see what the reason is. Hope the driver is alright.

Thinking that Vette is done. Maybe a window switch salvageable. Wow.
Yes it would be interesting to know how the HE double hockey sticks he ended up on top of the Yaris. It looks like he landed there... not pushed his way up.
Glad it didn’t turn out worse.

Wow, that's definately not going to buff out! Always sad to see damaged fiberglass. At least he landed on a nice soft Yaris.
