Corvette App Not Operating; was before?

The MyChevrolet app for my Corvette was working just fine when I put it away for winter, end of October, but not at present.
Does anyone know if they go dormant or something if they're not used in awhile...what should I do, delete and reinstall?

I take it that the app still comes up on your phone but can't talk to the car and get any information.

It appears that the car shuts down after a long time of no use..

Is the car on a battery maintainer that works ?

Can you go to the car and put it in accessory mode and wake the car up ?

I put my vet away first of November and had my trickle charger on. No issues with my app communicating .
Maybe your battery gone down and no signal being sent.
