Coolest medal ever! ! !

This is the medal that my wife earned at the Detroit marathon two years ago! To me it's the coolest medal ever and I have to admit that I'm kind of jealous. After seeing the amount for training that's involved I'm not to sure that I want one that bad. LOL! Last year's medal was a '63 Impala, so I'm really curious to see what this year's medal will be. Just proud of my wife and here accomplishments in running.

Agreed that is a really nice reward for a lot of hard work. Congratulations to your wife for the achievement.

Thanks guys! I hear you on the running. I just can't get into it. I keep offering to buy her medal but she won't go for it.

I wish it was in the garage, sadly it's not.

That metal is AWESOME! About time there's something worth getting for running!.....outside of better health...conditioning....etc.
