Implemented Content Awards

We're starting to rollout a few more features on CCF to add a bit more colour and reward posts with good content.

Content badges and awards are here. Select users (Power posters only at the moment) can now hit the new Award button beneath a post they wish to give a badge to. Leave them anonymously or not. You can even put a little message of appreciation or disdain in there.

Eventually we will roll out premium rare awards, vettecoin based award purchases and much much more. No NFTs to boot.

For now enjoy slapping a badge or two on a post.
