Cold Start Noise Control?

Using his idea, I will make them from plastic rod with orings groove to secure it into the tail pipe? If it doesn't melt his pool noodles, the plastic rod will be fine as well.

This is a game changer if it works for my Holly/Hooker round tips.

Aside from his daughters room above the garage, just start the car with the garage door closed. Problem solved.
My garage is attached to the house and I can hear the car start from the adjacent room but it wouldn't wake me up.

I keep my garage door opener and key fob on my night table. When I get up to pee at 4am I open the door and start the car. When I get back I turn off and close. Sorry neighbours, I told you multiple times to stay off of my lawn. Payback is a bitch...

Stop worrying about what the neighbours think, and enjoy your ride whenever you can. People have lives to live, and noise is a sign of that. If you have complainers, too bad for them, start up a garage band and show them what real noise is lol.

My version of the cold start diffusers.
White is for the tip with the valve, the blue is for smaller inner tip. We shall see how well they work in March when I get the cats and exhaust installed.
