Beegle........that is a fine looking Vette, congratulations.
For the record, there were 3,451 Dark Claret (code 76) model year 1980 Corvettes.....that's 8.5% of the total 40,614 (all Coupes). Great purchase!
You may want to consider acquiring the 1980 NCRS guide publications, to establish originality....if you are so inclined.

I did see that number in my search. My guess is that can't be THAT many left ..and not in this condition.
No idea if the value will climb dramatically in time so I'm still uncertain on what changes I might make. Anything I do could always be out back and I'd save everything for sure.
