Funny GM wants the wheels destroyed. When my rim got bent they wanted it back.

I bought a telescoping mirror from Amazon for $15.00 to check for holes.
Anyway , when your C8 goes in for service, good chance the dealer will check them out.
Be wary though, you might have to drive off with one or two missing wheels as replacements maybe on back order.

Good I checked my stock wheels they are perfect, maybe I can sell those ugly ass wheels back to GM for warranty replacements lol

My vin is in the group, but I have to wait for the driveway to my barn to dry before I can take the car back there to my hoist to check.
Not that I'm worried after 5000 KM's and several potholes later. lol

Your sales person can find out if your rims are part of that group by going into workbench dashboard and entering your VIN.

I just received a call this week from WN service says there is a recall on the rims (only good for 3 year manufacturer’s warranty period). What is the VIN group please?

check the face of the lug nuts. mine had punch marks on 1 lug nut on every rim. problem was resolved promptly by calling GM Canada. setting on install machine (robot) was off. new lugs on the way
