Hit the OnStar button and ask for the codes.

Same happened to me at around the same mileage .... my own fault ... was one night that I did about 4 or 5 shut downs and start ups in short succession ... CEL came on while I was driving home and next day it cleared itself ...
Brought it to the dealer and the code had to do with a low voltage issue ... which made perfect sense
Not sure if your issue is similar but thats my story ...
Bring it in as it is still under warranty ... Good luck !
Thank you for this! Much appreciated. I am going to disconnect the battery for the night. Hopefully something happens. I think onstar is only good for 2 month, and I’m 2.5 months in. Will they still run a diagnostic for me?
Yea doing a disconnect will for sure clear the CEL ... but if there is a hard fault somewhere it will just rear its ugly head again ... hopefully it wont ... but I would bring it in nonetheless ...
