The last "offer" I had was he would take off 10% off the bill...
I would have hope by now he would have made an offer to make things reasonable. One thing he said, he did not want me to feel ripped off, and wanted to make things right. Take a guess how I feel right now...

CGC- Have you tried Dennis OSullivan of the KW-Record, Wheels Section or the reporter from the Toronto Star Wheels Section, both of whom have a weekly Q&A for such issues as you have?
The Star's reporter's name escapes me at the moment but I can retrieve it from tomorrow's paper.

It would seem that more discussion and hopefully more negotiation would be in order to come to terms for both sides.
In light of CGC's position, would you take the discussion one step further (with him) to come to final terms for closure? It seems fair to do so due to the promises made (verbally) to CGC when dropping his truck in for service.
We all look forward to closure on this for everyone's sake.
