Love it. It makes more sense for you to sell your other vette than trade? With the lux tax and other taxes you would think trading in made more sense? Sure does here in B.C. Congrats! Great color.

since trade in and lux tax are mentioned here, I have a question regarding this for a while now,
Im in ON, lets say I'm buying a 160k car and my trade in is also being valued at 160k, how much taxes do I need to pay for this purchase? I'm assuming it's 12k (lux tax)* 1.13 (HST)= $13,560.
cuz I heard the trade in value cannot reduce the lux tax

There was a thread on this but...
I took delivery of a 2023 2LZ Convertible Z06 with Z07 in October. This was not my car, I lucked out on getting it from the original owner backing out. I really like it even though its not my ideal spec, its still a good spec just not my #1 choice. I'd probably trade it in on a 2024 if I could build it to my spec assuming the trade in would cover the 20k+ price increase otherwise I have no issues keeping it.

My ZO6 is a HTC , last time I checked , January 4th it was still parked in Bowling Green , Kentucky awaiting final testing and approvals .
Much to my surprise my HTC 2024 accelerate yellow Z06 arrived at the dealership on Jan 24 th just in time for my birthday on the 26 th . Since I am gone until April 3rd the dealership accepted to keep it until I get back .

My TPW was for this week
So you got your build day?
