Hello, anyone know where to find information about schools and track days at Castrol for the coming 2014 season?

I have lots of track experience on bikes both track days and racing (had expert license with CMRA in Calgary), but absolutely no experience lapping cars, and I'm looking for information on schools (considering Pahrump but local options would be great) and on what clubs organize track days in Edmonton.

We were at Spring Mountain last February, they were having a "bike" track day but we did get to look around. Really incredible place, would loved to have seen the cars lapping but just picked the wrong day.

Northern Alberta Sports Car Club teams with the south to put on the race school for licensing at Castrol. There was very limited space last year.

This year the whole track will be available so *should* open up more spots.

A group called Track Junkies will let you lap without a license if you like... I think they already have their 2014 schedule of dates.

I rode the spring mountain track years ago on a bike. From what I remember it was a pretty fun track, including at least one double apex, although it was really flat.

The corvette school sounds really good, esp. as it now has C7s and apparently mine was just build earlier this week. :D
