Both those cars were bought from auction houses, so my guess is these people do a splash and dash and send them off to Canada to dispose of them. So it's buyer beware!!!
I should say that there all not like that, as we did find one from New York, that is an excellent car and fully loaded for a great price!

I like U.S. vehicles that are rust free :D Doesn't always pertain to late model Vettes... I have a 2001 2500HD crew from Texas, that has the body of a 6 month old Cdn truck.. A 2000 S10 from Penn. same deal.. late model Vettes are nice if you can find close to home....
 
in canada we have 100% corvette in storage in winter time for long time it only we use the corvette in Canada for short summer ... so must corvette in canada more cleaner than usa corvette .. that all ...
