Looking for any recommended tire shops in Calgary to get some new rubber put on my rims without any tire shop damage, and also likely a wheel alignment. If anyone has any specific tire shops that stand well above the average that'd be great!

I would suggest a place near all the expensive homes for starters. I live in an average home, but in the expensive part of town. The local fountain tire has ferraris, aston martins, etc in there all the time.
